Planning for the Future

Many of our clients are looking to make provision for the future.

We can advise on all aspects of Wills including setting up a Trust provision.

We are also very keen that everyone should have a Power of Attorney, regardless of age. Even if capacity is lost on a temporary basis, for example as a result of a road traffic accident, it is important that you have made proper legal provision for someone you trust to make decisions on your behalf if you are unable to do so.

We offer advice on the system for residential care in Scotland. In particular we advise clients how to best protect their assets should they require care in the future.
