Legal Advice and Services for the Armed Forces Community

Caritas Legal specialise in providing legal advice and services to the Armed Forces Community which includes Veterans, serving members of the Armed Forces and their families.

Our very own Veteran is Lesley Iannarelli

Lesley joined the Womens Royal Naval Service (“WRNS”) in March 1983. She served as a Steward and during her service enjoyed a one year term working as a Customs Officer on Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean. During her time the WRNS were disbanded and became part of the Royal Navy (“RN”). Lesley left the RN in January 1995 having reached the rank of Leading Hand (A). Lesley continues to be involved in various Veterans Associations and regularly takes part in Veterans events as well as fundraising for Veterans Charities.

Lesley has gained a wealth of legal experience in her legal career but also understands the issues which members of the Armed Forces Community experience both during and after their time in the service. She is the ideal person to chat to should you have any questions. Lesley can be contacted on 07597 572664 or Lesley@caritaslegal.co.uk

Client reviews

If you would like your testimonial to show here, we would be delighted to add it.

It was a great pleasure to work with Lesley to have mine and my mother’s Power of Attorney drawn up. She is an expert in her field and she made the process really easy to understand and kept us informed from start to finish. Lesley has a professional and friendly approach and she went above and beyond to accommodate my mother and I during the Coronavirus pandemic. She also showed great understanding and empathy at a time when my mother was unwell. Lesley, as a veteran herself, has a great understanding of veterans’ issues and it is clear that she is dedicated to serving the Armed Forces and Veterans’ Community. I would not hesitate to recommend her both in a professional and personal capacity.

I am delighted that you have offered this service to veterans and so pleased that it’s Poppy Scotland that is getting the donations. Thank you once again for your help drawing up my Will and getting the POA done for me. I am grateful. I hope you have a happy festive season and wish you well for the New Year.
Shirley, Perth

Really pleased that we contacted Caritas Legal during their November offer. We’d been meaning to get round to updating our Wills for a long time! Lesley was excellent and offered sound advice and assistance in preparing our Wills. Also, to top it all, with the offer, we were able to make charitable donations, in the name of Caritas Legal, to Poppy Scotland, AOW, WRNSBT and RNRMC.
